Maroon 5's Next Possible Hits for the New Year

Maroon 5 Can Take Over the New Year with New Singles, But What Songs?

From the dance pop song that swept the charts worldwide "Moves Like Jagger" to the No. 1 reggae pop infused jam "One More Night", Maroon 5 has had one of the most successful years as a group this year with the highest grossing single of the year, being "Payphone", and having spent the longest amount of weeks at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, with "Night." With a tour on its way and a new single blowing up the charts, "Daylight", we are predicting what other Maroon 5's songs from the band's new album Overexposed may they continue to dominate 2013 with. Let's have a look

Sure. Maroon 5 took us by surprise when they said that the new album was going to be a pop influenced and dance centered record, but the album's un-touched and pure sound has 12 tracks that scream "single" all over them. While "Payphone", featuring Wiz Khalifa, "One More Night", and "Daylight" have already been released off the album this year, only 10 other possible tracks remain. From what we have seen throughout this year, dance and EDM has taken over the airwaves, but let's not forget the alternative takeover which included fun., Gotye, and Imagine Dragons, who all had very unique singles that took over the top 40 radio charts. That proves that music itself is starting to become more fluent and accepting to new genres and seeking out newer material...and Maroon 5's album does just that, from reggae to pop, from disco to funk.

One song we predict to have an uprising is the bonus track "Wipe Your Eyes." The J.R Rotem-produced funk rock song leaked nearly a whole year ago on January 15, 2012, however it was only the song's demo recording. It still captured the hearts of several new fans, as well as concerned and old fans. The song's approach on pop was more than just Maroon 5's original alternative outlook on pop, but was pure pop. We had gotten a first taste at the band's album was going to possibly sound like. With it's mild success and high anticipation, the song got a make-over on the final version and features a few samples of other songs. Critics loved it, it even charted on the Billboard Hot 100 whilst Overexposed's release... so we had to make this our first possible choice as a single in the new year.

In September, there was a lot of say what was going to be Maroon 5's next big hit from the new album. Following their soon-to-be 9 week No. 1 Hot 100 hit single, "One More Night", there was word that the heavy and big beat themed "The Man Who Never Lied" was going to play as the third single. Well, a lot of fans were excited to hear that the song was the next single, until news broke that "Daylight" was to take the place of the third single. May I point out that Maroon 5 has never released more than 2 singles in a single year before. "The Man Who Never Lied" has single potential with it's awesome, catchy drum beats and woah's and ah's. It's one of my personal favorites on the album, specially when Overexposed first came out. We think it has single potential, don't you?

"Lucky Strike." Enough said. One of the... no... THE catchiest Maroon 5 song of the ages. So long "This Love", this one has got you beat. "Strike" is easily the popiest, most funk-formatted song on the whole entire album of Overexposed. That's pretty much all a song has to have. It's short, fun to dance to, easy to sing along with, and cool to sing to your lover of a web chat. "One in a million, my lucky strike."

One of the more dance driven, pop songs on Overexposed's entirety is "Doin' Dirt", the funky heavy hitting single slaying Max Martin-produced song that everyone exceptionally loves. When it first came out, people easily compared it to the legendary "Moves Like Jagger" single that spent 4 weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100 last year. It's the danciest dance tune on the album. It would just make sense for it to takeover the middle of 2013.

One of our last suggestions is the song "Beautiful Goodbye." It's the last song on the standard version of Maroon 5's Overexposed album and say a lot about where the L.A-based group stands in music right now. The song stands out from any other on the the whole album, as it is a ballad with piercing drums and a soothing acoustic guitar in the background. Adam Levine carefully takes his melody's and makes them in to a whirlwind of perfection. It's a perfect song to have on the radio and it can have several possibilities for a music video. Potentially, this song deserves more credit.  Check out our other year-end articles below!

'Daylight' Climbs Up Pop Songs Chart

Due to Billboard's Christmas delay in recording data, rankings were not released first thing this morning (Thurs, Dec. 27).

Maroon 5's third single "Daylight" seems to be crawling it's way up the Billboard charts as it debuted a couple weeks back on the Billboard Pop Songs chart and this week climbing 25-19 on the tally. Over on the  Billboard Hot 100, "Daylight" jumps 58-46, on its third week on the top one hundred. The band's former Hot 100 No. 1 single "One More Night" however is slowly descending on the chart as it falls 5-7, allowing Justin Bieber's "Beauty and a Beat", featuring Nicki Minaj, move up 7-5, replacing positions, and Ke$ha's "Die Young" single fell 2-4 on the tally.

For "Daylight", on other chart notes, it jumps 25-19 on he Billboard Pop Songs chart, leaps 52-38 on the Billboard Radio Songs chart, moves up eight spots from 48-40 on the Digital Songs chart, moving up 33-26 on the Canadian Hot 100, and slowly drifting up 23-20 on the Billboard Adult Pop Songs chart. "Daylight"'s overall chart reception this week has gathered it's best rally yet and keeps improving each week. For the band's previous No. 1 hit "One More Night", the single also falls from 5-7 on the Billboard Pop Songs chart, stays put at No. 4 on the Radio Songs chart, descends from 10-12 on the On-Demand Songs chart, a non-mover at No. 22 on the Adult Contemporary Songs chart, falls 11-14 on the Canadian Hot 100, and falls a single spot from 3-4 on the Adult Pop Songs chart. "Night's" overall chart reception this week has gathered yet a less expensive, or successful, chart ranking this week on any charts.

Maroon 5's third studio album Hands All Over, still kicking it in the top 200 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, moves up 133-120 on the tally, as the band's newest pop album Overexposed, ascends 31-28 on the tally. Over on the Canadian Albums chart, due to holiday online sales in Canada, the album re-enters the top 25 at No. 18.

Maroon 5's Year of Success, What's to Come in 2013

We Take a Look Back at Maroon 5's Successful Year in Music!

After a year of topping charts, winning awards, touring, and releasing their anticipated fourth CD, Overexposed the band Maroon 5 has come a long way. Over the course of the past year, the Los Angeles quintet has most possibly accomplished more achievements this year than any other. After a commercial success in 2011 with the band's single "Moves Like Jagger", featuring Christina Aguilera, and frontman Adam Levine winning the first season of NBC's The Voice with contestant Javier Colon, they've undoubtedly crossed over to the mainstream side of things this year.

From the withdrawn, contemporary friendly hits such as "One More Night" and the pop rap converse "Payphone", featuring Wiz Khalifa, carrying them through the year, who knows what is to come n the coming year of 2013. Let's just say if the world were have came to an end on Friday (Dec. 21), Maroon 5 would've gone off on a good note. In September, the band achieved their third No. 1 chart topper on the Hot 100 with the pop, reggae fused Max Martin produced track "One More Night." "Night" topped the chart for 9 weeks consecutively in a row, becoming the longest running single of the year, however sharing the title with Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe", which also spent 9 weeks atop on the throne of the Hot 100.

Previous Maroon 5 No. 1's have included the Mick Jagger kiss off dance tune "Moves Like Jagger", featuring pop singer Christina Aguilera, which topped the Hot 100 for 4 weeks on and off throughout the fall of last year. The band's first chart topping single was "Makes Me Wonder", back in 2007, while the band dropped their 2nd studio album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long, which also topped the Billboard Top 200 albums chart. It's safe to say that "Night" is the band's largest single in their career.

Kissing off 2012's coming end, the band released their third single "Daylight", which is a soft pop rock tune reaching back to their earlier roots such as "This Love" or "Sunday Morning." The single's video put the spotlight on Maroon 5's incredible, loving fans as people sent in videos of them talking about their life struggles, sharing their wise words, what makes them happy, sad, or angry... ect. The video is becoming a worldwide hit as it is already almost peaking at 1,000,000 views on VEVO via YouTube.

So starting to get on topic of what is to come in 2013 for Maroon 5, "Daylight" will definitely carry them through the New Year as it is gradually becoming bigger and bigger with each passing week, climbing up the Billboard Hot 100.

What is to come in the New Year for Maroon 5?

With each passing year Adam Levine, James Valentine, Jesse Carmichael, PJ Morton, Mickey Madden, and Matt Flynn become more mainstream as their music gets more catchy, pop-y, and radio friendly. In October of this year, the band announced a North American Tour. The tour kicks off on February 13, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio at the Schottenstien Center. The band talked about the OVEREXPOSED TOUR through small mini-video blogs uploaded to their website. Matt Flynn didn't hesitate to exaggerate about the tour. He mentioned confetti, stadium lights, strobe lights, a catwalk, and even a hologram. Just imagine a hologram at a Maroon 5 concert. That'd be pretty rad! So not only to mention the tour, but the morning the tickets went on sale, in just ten minutes' time, the band sold out, I repeat... SOLD OUT the venue Madison Square Garden in New York. By now, the whole tour is for surely sold out. Everyone wants a piece of the band's new music they've brought in to the industry.

Let's rewind back to this summer when James Valentine and Adam Levine sat down with Billboard magazine to talk about the band's new album. Not even a week after the band releases their album Overexposed and their is already word of an album to come in the near future. "I think we're more focused than we've ever been, and all we really are interested in doing now is working on music," guitarist James Valentine tells Billboard.com. "Usually we'd be on tour and have fun and come back home and use that time to make a record. Now I think we're just at a point where we feel like there's more music in us than that. I always have my laptop with my recording interface, and there's usually always a few things I'm working on at any given point. So, yeah, we're working on a lot of stuff. I think the next recording's going to be ready a lot sooner than our previous records."

So can we expect a new album from the band already in the new year? Will it be anything like Overexposed? Or will they go back to their home ground and make a more soulful and alternative record such as Songs About Jane? Who knows. I guess we'll find out in 2013 after that big tour.

Of course, the only thing we can think of that we can be excited for, other than the tour, is more singles. The band's three singles off of Overexposed has already driven them closer and closer to mainstream success. So what is to come in singles for the group? We'll post more on that later on this week on our blog. So stay tuned!

Adam Levine Reveals His Tattoo Confessions on American Top 40

Adam Levine Let's Out His Biggest Regrets On Air with Ryan Seacrest

Adam Levine briefly talked with radio personal Ryan Seacrest this morning (Sun, Dec. 3) about his biggest regrets this year.

The Maroon 5 frontman revealed that he had gotten over 25 tattoos over the past year. He said one tattoo that regrets getting inked the most over the course of 2012 was a tattoo of a sun, that turned out terribly, and tried to fix it up by covering it up by having clouds tattooed around it, which apparently made it worse.

Maroon 5's biggest hits were charted on Ryan Seacrest's American Top 40 Songs of 2012 countdown radio show this morning as well. "Payphone", featuring Wiz Khalifa, made it on the chart at No. 6 while "One More Night" stuck it at No. 33. Seacrest added that their new single "Daylight" should have been one of their earlier hits this year, as a suggestion. Of course, it is a single right now, and is looking to be getting more recognition with each week that passes.

Maroon 5 'Daylight' Jumps on Hot 100

Maroon 5 'Daylight' Jumps on Hot 100

Maroon 5's newest Overexposed hit single "Daylight" slowly but surely making a move up to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. As for this week, "Daylight" jumps from 77-58 on the chart. Over on the Digital Songs chart, the single debuts a a woppin' No. 48 on the tally. It's pretty safe to say that the Los Angeles, California natives are on track of having their fourth hit single in a row since 2011's pop song "Moves Like Jagger", featuring Christina Aguilera.

The band's former No. 1 Hot 100 single "One More Night" is still kicking it on the charts. On the Hot 100 the pop reggae fused hit stays put at No. 5 on the chart. On other chart notes, on the Billboard Radio Songs chart it holds at No. 4, on the Pop Songs chart it stays at No. 5, stays at No. 10 on the On-Demand Songs chart, also holds it at No. 22 on the Adult Contemporary Songs chart, falls 8-11 on the Canadian Hot 100 singles chart, descends from No. 1 to No. 3 on the Adult Pop Songs chart, and last but never least, it stays atop the MySpace Audio Chart at No. 1 on the chart this week.

The band's fourth studio album Overexposed ends up falling off the top 30 format chart on the Billboard Digital Albums chart, however still charts on the Billboard 200 albums chart falling from 28-31 on the tally. The group's 2010 album Hands All Over has recently been gaining in sales online via ITunes Store and Amazon for its cheap prices. 'Over' jumps from 179-133 on the Billboard 200 albums chart while it re-enters the Catalog Albums chart at No. 33. Hands All Over previously fell off the top 45 format earlier in the fall of this year.

The third season of NBC's hit show The Voice has come to an end as winner Cassadee Pope took home the title of "the voice" and country singer and coach Blake Shelton won a second consecutive season.

On last night's finale show they premiered a sneak peek trailer of the upcoming fourth season of The Voice. The video features Adam and Blake picking up their fellow new coaches Usher and Shakira at the hotel and driving around town channeling the radio.

You can watch the new sneak peek trailer of The Voice season four below:

A Recap of The Voice Season 3 Finale Show

Rihanna's Performance of "Diamonds"

Beginning the centerpiece of the The Voice's finale show, Rihanna kicked it off performing her refreshing No. 1 hit single "Diamonds" while rocking it in a glassy-looking dress, and her Good Girl Gone Bad-revived hair cut, while lights dangle from the ceiling of the stadium. The pop songwriter's new album Unapologetic dropped on November 19th and became the Barbados singer's first number-one album on the Billboard 200 Albums chart.

Adam Levine's bow-tie debut on The Voice

The Maroon 5 frontman and coach Adam Levine rocked a bow-tie during the evening's live finale show of The Voice. Can we give a shout out to former Team Adam contestant Pip Andrew? I personally loved it. Adam's wardrobe has seemingly been original and very appealing to viewers as he rocks a simple white, ripped and hole pierced, T-shirt. Nonetheless, sir Adam Levine never disappoints with is choice of appearance.

The Killers perform "Here With Me" with Cassadee Pope

The Killers performed their newest single "Here with Me" from their studio album Battle Born on The Voice finale show and let me tell you... it was unforgettably amazing! Blake Shelton's contestant Cassadee Pope hopped on stage and sang the bridge of the melodic contemporary rock tune with the band. And with confidence.

The Voice exclusive sneak peak of Season 4

As we say goodbye to our fellow The Voice veterans Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green, we proudly welcome Usher and Shakira to the next season. As we already know, the blind auditions and battle rounds have already started shooting for the fourth season's run. We are pretty ecstatic to see who Adam Levine will bicker with instead of Aguilera or have a jealousy bubble with instead of Cee Lo Green. Do you think Usher will have to bring some anonymous pets on board of the show in spot of Cee Lo and his parrot and kitty? How about Christina's constant diva aquired-attitude she brings to he table? We'll have to see next year.

Kelly Clarkson brings up Terry & Cassadee for "Catch My Breath"

The newly engaged pop singer  and songwriter that is out with her new greatest hits album and single "Catch My Breath", Kelly Clarkson, performs live on The Voice finale. Clarkson performed "Breath" alongside with top three contestants Terry and Cassadee who just added more to the alternative, yet staggering performance. The former American Idol-winner says she's glad to see such wonderful talent on another musical related talent show after her performance of "Breath."

Cassadee Pope Brings Back Melanie, Liz Davis & Deborah

Imagine Dragons might be shaking in their boots... the four incredibly talented woman performed a lighter version of the Imagine Dragons hit "It's Time", from their album Night Visions. Of course, with Cassadee's confident vibe, Melanie's unique and alternative appearance, Liz's country-folk voice, and Deborah's smooth vocals all made the performance ground breaking and... well... incredible! There's no words to describe it. Green lasers light up the venue as the crowd gives the former contestants and current top three competitor a standing ovation.

Bruno Mars melts our hearts with "When I Was Your Man"

You can never ever go wrong with a piano ballad. Bruno Mars brings his originality and priceless vocals to The Voice stage performing his newest single "When I Was Your Man" from his new sophomore studio album Unorthodox Jukebox (which we proudly support and encourage you to buy). The piano keys and Bruno Mars' voice matched up perfectly created a heart mending and unforgettable performance. He just could of been one of the most amazing artists to perform on The Voice stage in HISTORY.

Avril Lavigne delivers "I'm With You" with Cassadee Pope

Cassadee Pope loves to take the stage. She's done many performances on The Voice's finale show, but this one just may have topped it as her best. Punk rocker Avril Lavigne took it to the stage with final three contestant Cassadee Pope to perform the power ballad "I'm With You." Forgetting that the song is actually over 5 years old and is at an absence on radio, the performance was godly and amazing!

The Voice coaches perform farewell performance

Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, and Cee Lo Green are what make the NBC hit show The Voice so special and original. This may be the last season you will ever see all four original coaches perform on one stage. No doubt this could have been one of the most emotional performances of the whole season as the four musicians performed Green Day's "Time of Your Life." Let's not forget about next season's over dramatic and exciting run with new coaches Usher and Shakira.

Cassadee Pope wins the third season of The Voice

Most predicted it as she was already successful in a punk rock band titled Hey Monday. However, Cassadee's voice will be one that is sure to please you no matter what song or composition you throw at her! Congratulations to Ms. Pope and Blake Shelton for winning the third season of NBC's The Voice.

Maroon 5's Top 5 Biggest Hits of 2012

A Countdown of Maroon 5's Top 5 Biggest Hits of The Year!

Is there anything that Los Angeles natives Maroon 5 can't do? Over the course of the past year the band released their fourth album Overexposed, had a No. 1 single "One More Night", and is tied with "Night" with one of the biggest named in modern day pop music Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" for the most weeks on the No. 1 spot on the Hot 100. Not to mention that they sold over a million copies worldwide this year with the new album, sold out over a dozen venues in less then 10 minutes, and made a historical music video for their newest single "Daylight" that no one has done before.

The year is coming to a close and the New Year is coming. But first, we are counting down the Top 5 biggest and most successful Maroon 5 songs of 2012. Let's take a look at what we've come up with:

5. Daylight

Maroon 5's third single off of their album Overexposed, was just released for radio airplay last month, and has already put an impact on top 40 radio. The song recently debuted at No. 77 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is creepin' up the Pop Songs chart. "Daylight" is a spectacular soft rock wheelhouse that many compare to Coldplay's earlier hits (such as "Clocks" or "Shiver"). It is most definitely a stand out from all of the other tunes on the album. And with a heart wrenching, sensible music video, just released last week, it is no doubt this song is truly magical. This song is shall continue it's progress in to the new year.

4. Moves Like Jagger (feat. Christina Aguilera)

With it's heavy electropop and disco roots referring to the dance moves of Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, and a catchy whistle tune in the center pierce of this Max Martin and Shellback-produced track, there's no doubt this song is still one of Maroon 5's most successful songs in recent history. Last year, the song became the band's second No. 1 single peaking atop the Billboard Hot 100 for four non-consecutive weeks in the fall, beating out the likes of Adele's "Someone Like You" and Rihanna's "We Found Love", which both in conclusion peaked atop the chart as well. Going in to 2012, the song was still well in the top ten. The song was used in a Samsung commercial recently as well as an ad for the video game Just Dance 4. Let's give a round of applause for Christina Aguilera for achieving her second number-one single in this creation as well.

3. Wipe Your Eyes

In January, this J.R. Rotem produced track was leaked to the web. No need to fear however, it was just a 2-minute 30-second rough draft of it. The song was a bonus track on Maroon 5's Overexposed, following the songs "Kiss" and "Wasted Years." Upon the album's release, "Eyes" quickly became a big favorite by the fans. In fact, it might even be a single next year. After all, in an interview with Guitar Mag, James Valentine said that he has several ideas for a music video for this particular song. I guess we'll see.

2. One More Night

Despite it's major success in 2012, becoming Maroon 5's third No. 1 single in it's career and being dubbed the year's longest running single to top the Billboard Hot 100 (shared with "Call me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen, of course, for 9 weeks), it falls short at number-two on our top five list. Why? Another particular song about pay phones kind of swept the top spot. We'll get to that in a sec though. Maroon 5 has finally tapped in to island music, creating this pierce of awesomeness mixing reggae with pop. The song is an upbeat, faintly reggae-tingled about a bad influence on Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine can't seem to shake off. "I cross my heart and I hope to die, that I'll only stay with you one more night" is the lyric that captured everyone's attention and made this song one of the biggest in 2012. Even though the single was released on June 19, 2012... it took a while for the single to catch up with ever body else. Plus, it has the only video of the year that has someone kicking ass in boxing.

1. Payphone (feat. Wiz Khalifa)

Let's go back to when the song was announced on The Ellen DeGeneruous Show. Levine said the song's featured artist was Phili-rapper Wiz Khalifa, which made every body think... "that is so not Maroon 5." And they're right. It isn't. However, it never hurt to try new things. This experimental pop rap fix relative to those of Gym Class Heroes' "Stereo Hearts" and K'Naan's "Bang Bang" became an overall success. "Payphone" was released in April, 2012, and sold over 490,000 digital copies online within the single's first week of being released. That's the most a single has sold in it's debut week... of the year. With a rockin' music video that involves poor Adam Levine and a lady co-worker escaping a bank robbery with bullets and guns galore, police chases, car explosions, and well... cell phone failures... this song got what it deserves. A peak at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and a month atop the Digital Songs chart. That's what's up.

Well that's our top 5 list of Maroon 5's biggest hits of 2012. We hope you agreed. I'm sure you loved the addition of "Wipe Your Eyes" and "Moves Like Jagger." Unexpected, yet true.

We'll be back next week with a list of suggestions of what should Maroon 5's upcoming singles be for the new year! Maybe "Eyes" or "Lucky Strike"? Who knows. You have to help us out with that!

Billboard Year-End Charts Revealed: Where Is Maroon 5 Charted?

Billboard Year-End Charts Revealed: Where Is Maroon 5 Charted?

Does Maroon 5 deserve the top spot on the year end charts? Of course. They share the longest running number-one single of the year with Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" with "One More Night" (for nine consecutive weeks). So why aren't they topping any charts? Who knows. But they most certainly made the top tens this year. Lets take a look.

Maroon 5 broke in to the new year with their massive electro pop Christina Aguilera-assisted "Moves Like Jagger" single charting at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. In June, the single took a twisted fall of the top one hundred chart after spending 11 months and 2 weeks on the tally. "Jagger" peaked at No. 1 on the Hot 100 last September passing Adele's "Someone Like You" jumping 4-1. But over the course of the first half of the year, the single still dominated the top 40 slot. It charted at No. 36 on the Hot 100 Year-End chart. On other Year-End chart notes, it landed at No. 17 on the Radio Songs chart, No. 32 on the Digital Songs chart, and 15 on the Pop Songs chart.

The band's single "Payphone", featuring Wiz Khalifa, stormed the Billboard Hot 100 in May as it debuted at No. 3 on the chart. The song holds the title of 2012's fastest grossing digital selling song, which is pretty impressive. On the Year-End charts, "Payphone" is at No. 4 on the Hot 100, also at No. 4 on the Digital Songs chart, landed at No. 3 on the Radio Songs chart, mounted at No. 5 on the Pop Songs chart, and lands at No 11 on the Adult Contemporary Songs chart. Despite the song's apprehensive b-side non-rap version of the the tune, it had no impression on the Adult Pop Year-End Songs chart this year.

As we move up the Maroon 5 singles list, "One More Night" is next. Even though the song held stop the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for nine weeks in a row this year, it fails chart in the top ten on the Year-End chart. It landed at No. 18. On other Year-End chart notes, the single charted at No. 25 on the Radio Songs chart, at No. 19 on the Digital Songs chart, lands at No. 20 on the Pop Songs chart, and takes a hit at No. 29 on the Adult Pop Songs chart. The song currently tops the Adult Pop Songs chart for a fourth consecutive week.

At least Maroon 5 is appreciated on the Billboard Hot 100 Artist Year-End chart this year, making the top ten. The top five to be exact. The p rock band lands at No. 5 on the chart. Maroon 5's Daylight Music Video, What People Are Saying

Maroon 5 Dropped the Video, Now Fans Weigh In!

Maroon 5 dropped their "Daylight" music video yesterday (Mon, Dec. 10) on E! News and later uploaded it to VEVO. The video revolved around fans and people who had a message relative to standing up for yourself or being yourself or even stating what they love or hate. The music video is approximately 9 minutes long, and yet still didn't show any appearances of the five band members. Did that upset many people? Of course it did.

The video overall embedded a remarkable and beautiful vision to viewers as stories were told of (for example) a young man explaining his incident of becoming gay, and a woman who battled cancer and goes through the everyday struggle of cancer's effects. B96Radio tweeted about the video saying "Maroon 5 debuted their fan-friendly music video Daylight..", they continued saying "it's so inspirational! Try not to be moved by it." AOL Music posted on their Twitter account today saying "Maroon 5's new video [Daylight] is  crowd-sourcing and spirited!" Hell, we even tweeted saying that "it was the most beautiful music video of all time" at yesterday's premiere on E!
